It was just once applied, for USA itself, at 9/11, by all allies who spent a lot of money to keep up with demands for such by USA, but will it apply to small Baltics if it's invaded by RF?
Then EU- NATO stands without USA, but itself is 9 times stronger then RF, so what?
At moment just 62.115 USA soldiers in EUrope(35.000 in Germany) on 1.8 million EU-NATO soldiers again, so what?
