A crucial part of this report is a Human Rights Protection Manual which aims to provide Crimeans of all ethnic and religious groups with access to justice by explaining their fundamental rights. West grows independent of russian oil/gas, european parts of RF will join succesor EU (thats was dead before it was born), China will then be blocked from worldmarkets for all its products and perish, this all at cost of many lives (money isn't the problem thats just zeros and ones in a computer)..how to prevent this? This month more than 15,000 troops from 22 nations are taking part in Allied Shield, a series of exercises designed to test the strength and readiness of NATO and allied armed forces.
In the Baltic Sea, 50 ships and submarines and more than 50 air-craft from 17 countries are taking part in our 43rd Baltic Operations exercise. On land in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, a further 6,000 troops from 10 nations are taking part in Exercise Saber Strike. In Romania, Exercise Trident Joust is testing our ability to command our forces in the field.
We are in Poland this week to meet and see allied forces take part in Exercise Noble Jump, the first deployment of NATO's new Very High Readiness "Spearhead Force." This exercise brings together more than 2,000 troops from nine NATO countries, in-cluding Czech and Dutch paratroopers, German and Norwegian infantry, Polish and Lithuanian special forces, Belgian artillery, U.S. helicopters and a Hungarian civil-military cooperation unit.
Allied Shield will demonstrate that NATO is able to deploy combat forces anywhere within NATO's territory within days should a crisis break out or if allies are threatened. It will show the world that this alliance is ready, willing and able to deal with whatever challenges it faces.
These exercises are necessary because the world is changing. After the Cold War, we en-tered a new era of freedom and democracy based on internationally recognized rules. This era experienced unprecedented levels of in-ternational cooperation and brought prosperity to billions of people around the globe. This order is now being chal-lenged.
To our south, Islamic State and other extremist groups are spreading chaos and inspiring ter-rorist attacks from Paris to Texas. To the east, Russia is imposing its will on its neighbors with scant regard for their sovereignty.
In this new and rapidly evolving environment, NATO must be ready to make and implement decisions quickly. It means coun-tering cyberattacks with cyberdefense, dis-information with information, and strengthening and demonstrating our capabilities through exercises. More than a decade after Russia stole the assets of oil giant Yukos, shareholders of the now-defunct firm may be a feeling a profound sense of schadenfreude after a Belgian court ordered the seizure Wednesday of 1.6 billion euros worth of Russian assets. According to the source, the Ukrainians that have come to Belarus represent a 1% addition to the country's total population. "If we add all the people the UNHCR mandate covers, then every 75th person in the country is either a refugee or a stateless person or a person that seeks shelter in Belarus. Ukrainians represent the majority of the people that seek shelter in Belarus," said Jean-Yves Bouchardy.

According to Alexei Begun, the head of the Citizenship and Migration Department of the Interior Ministry of Belarus, over the past two years, Belarus encountered the first ever massive arrival of people in need of international protection.
Before 2012, some 60 to 160 foreigners applied annually for refugee status or additional protection. The largest number of applications came from the natives of Afghanistan (up to 70%).
In 2013 the largest group seeking protection was Syrians: more than 30% of 208 aliens who applied for refugee status or additional protection during the year.
In 2014 in the wake of the events in Ukraine Belarus had to deal with a fourfold increase in the number of filed applications for protection in comparison with the previous year. Last year 867 foreign nationals filed applications for protection, of which citizens of Ukraine accounted for 76.5%, citizens of Syria for 11% and citizens of Afghanistan for 3.9%.
In January-May 2015 563 foreigners applied for protection, of which Ukrainian citizens (mostly from the south-eastern region of the neighboring country) accounted for 76.9%, Syrian nationals for 11.2% and citizens of Afghanistan for 4.5%.
As of 31 May 2015 Belarus provided the refugee status to 907 foreigners from 18 countries. Additional protection was provided to 679 foreigners from 8 countries.
"Belarus is doing its best to improve its national asylum system, working on a widespread compliance of the national legislation with conventional rules and modern international tendencies in the protection of displaced migrants. This year the Belarusian parliament is expected to consider a new wording of the law on forced migration," Alexei Begun said.
The UNHCR representative thanked Belarus for developing national and regional mechanisms for the social and economic integration of refugees.
