17% - in Japan.
If you take 5% of the richest Russians, here Russian leader: they own 82.5% of the total national wealth. The most obvious indicator - forbsovskie billionaires who own 30% of Russian personal wealth across the country. In the world of the average figure fluctuates in the range of 1-2%. In the US, a country where the most billionaires, their share in total aggregate personal wealth does not exceed 7%.

The last time 'Western' governments and people ignored pleas for help from Ukraine 6 million people starved to death and a countless number of animals died slow painful very cold deaths. Stalin lied that that it was a minor issue when there was evidence that it was a genocide against the Ukrainian population; known today as the Holodomor. Today Russian history books still deny committing this abominable crime and offer trivial denial distraction stories.
Today Ukraine has been invaded and more than two million Ukrainian people have been forced from their homes by invading Russian forces. Tens of thousands of Ukrainian people have suffered serious injuries and the official death count is about ten thousand people; of all ages, including children and old age pensioners. Ukrainian people have had their businesses stolen, their land confiscated. Those who protest are arrested, killed or disappear. Invaders show no tolerance to Ukrainian people. No Ukrainian symbols, cultural events, religious services, language, or connections are permitted.
Invading Russians are awarded medals by the Kremlin for expanding Russian territory even though Russia guaranteed Ukrainian territorial integrity in return for Ukraine agreeing to decommission 1240 nuclear weapons. Ukraine decommissioned and Russia invaded!
In occupied areas of Ukraine, crime flourishes and Russian trained, funded and armed forces rule, take what they want and behave as they wish. Services are almost nonexistent; little water, little food, little or no gas or electricity. Pensions are not paid. It's a total disaster; a manufactured one.
Winter is coming in a few months and an estimated 5 million Ukrainian people will need support to survive. Many ceasefires and peace agreement have been announced but the invasion attack still continues without cease. Kremlin funded media demonize Ukraine and totally misrepresent the situation in the international media. Russia uses gas and energy as a weapon and constantly threatens to turn off the supply. Ukraine is seeking energy alternatives but it's too late for this winter. Without energy a humanitarian catastrophe of massive proportion will occur this winter.
A total disaster is brewing and the world needs to urgently respond. Support is being given to Africa, Asia, South America and other needy places. That's great! Millions of people in European Ukraine need urgent help too. A genocide happened in 1932/3 when the world listened to the lies of Stalin and followed his decree not to report. Don't let it happen again in the winter of 2015/6. You are needed! Your help is needed. Your help will save lives and reduce suffering. Tell the world what is happening in Ukraine today. Pray for Ukraine and do what you can to help the suffering people of Ukraine. Thank you for the support that you give.

Putin's official income declaration for 2012 states that his total income was 3,661,765 rubles. That means, that with the cost of his 22 million ruble watch collection, Putin could not eat or drink for six years with his stated income (the watch collection is not declared either). Otherwise such gifts are nothing more than a bribe by a senior official.
In a country where more than 20 million people are barely able to make ends meet, the outrageously luxurious life of the Russian President is a brazen and cynical moral offence.
The budget of the Office of Presidential Affairs was 84.6 billion rubles in 2011 which was primarily spent on providing luxuries for the head of state. This amount is comparable with the total operating budget of such a large region as Nizhny Novgorod, home to 3.3 million people.
The Russian people should not have to tolerate such outrageous behaviour. We believe that the income and expenses of those in power should be the subject of public discussion: all expenses and all of their incomes should be made public. Surplus property should be disposed of in an open and transparent manner, and the proceeds (we are talking about hundreds of billions of rubles) should be used for supporting and helping reduce problems in education, health and social support.
All this will be possible, when democracy is restored in Russia and the principle of peaceful transition of power is implemented."
