it's true, Iceland was the ONLY one who jailed he bankers, and bailed out its people, despite a very angry IMF, while all other countries bailed out the bankers, and jailed/unished the people with a lifelong payup sentence from IMF, thanks to USA Bush bankcrisis which thus turned into a countrycrisis (and eurocrisis)...back then 2008-2009 I said, a chargeback is needed to put all blame and costs on who caused it, the USA.
