At first I thought it's very early (1744) kremlinmedia in dutch in 1000 pages, 4 volumes, BUT not one city of Ukraine mentioned, not even Kyiv, so Ancient Rus must be of later date....names Russia/Moskivia are used both, in 1721 Peter renamed Moskovia to Russia...

Science Academy publishing 82% of scientific papers in Ukrainian — Poroshenko

Although everyone should promote and cherish the nation's languages, a nation is not a island, it has neighbours and connections from closeby to far away, so at least what's said, printed or broadcasted should be understandable for everyone in a common language.
English is a international language and should besides national language(s) be THE language for scientific papers. On tv broadcasts aimed at international audiences a english (and other) subtitles should be available, on websites if a english section is not possible put at least a (google) translate button which can translate to over 100+ languages.
In Ukrainian (social) media I heard/read many times since 2010 why doesn't the world pay attention and hear our outcry ?
My reply was: If you speak in a language the world can't understand, it's only logical, so make sure the world can hear you in a common language f.i. english.
The trend to put everything in Ukrainian can go too far also, forcing english publications in Ukraine off/online aimed at international audience to have mandatory Ukrainian.
And about going too far, I see a trend mostly in West-Ukraine to ban Russian language in (social+print) media , forgetting a. it's not the language you speak that matters, but the country you support! b. When RF invaded  Donbass in 2014, it were RUSSIAN speaking UKRAINIANS in East-Ukraine who were the first to stand up to the RF invader, and up to now it are the Russian speaking UKRAINIANS from East-Ukraine who have the  most IDP's, and had the most deaths and wounded among them.  Speaking russian doesn't mean you stand behind the RF agressor...   ( My first contacts thru social media in Ukraine in 2010 were russian speaking Ukrainians in East- Ukraine) and with them we saw the RF invaders coming, and we all were disgusted.)
