Since 1900 Germany (and RF) are responsible for 2 World War's, EU(and EEC) was formed after World War 2 , to keep Germany on a leech and contained, BUT thru Europarlement, Germany managed victorious and to become Fuhrer of Fourth Reich, EU. If Ribbentrop Germany with RF become responsible for third World War, neither country has a right to exist as such..besides fact Germany never paid in full it's wardebt for WOI-WOII and never paid wardebt for East-Europe/ex-Soviet Union countries/ But there's a easy solution, make EU a EF with just like UN 1 country 1 vote and dissolve EP , europarlement, so each country's ministers are responsible for their country's business, and Brussel/Straatsburg no more then a backoffice. And replace Euro with ECU which we had from 1999-2002, which allows regular updating values, so south Europa can devaluate, which prevents billions of help, which flows also to Germany. In 5-10 years now EU will be broken up in 4 pieces, RF and Germany will go down the drain and East-Europe will be leading Europe.(Straftor Decade Forecast 2015-2025)
