In Netherlands  governments spend 700 million euro for grants for (expensive) electric cars like Tesla's.Our public transport trains, busses already  work on 60/80% public grants, so just 4 times that 700 million euro, would give ALL citizens fare-free (paid by taxes) electric transport (trains) and busses... Like with all plans..just follow the money.....Fare-free public transport would mean less traffic-jams, traffic deaths,  pollution/fine dust (yes even less CO2 :-) ) but since that also means less oil/gas consumption, less car-sales it won't happen soon, only in Luxembourg.
global warming is just cause Little Ice Age ended around 1850 and like MWP was not local, but global ,so warming is logical, but weather change is blamed  as climate change while their cause is based on jetstream as articles say. Jetstream is engine of weather and as article show also of gulfstream which keeps north warm. I still doubt CO2 warming, seeing polar vortexes in winter in USA and RF since real warming stopped around 2000.

hundreds of peer reviewed papers is just IPCC heavy subsidized  CO2 propaganda, but keep on believeing, is just like other all other religions...no FACTS..no DATA
