If Obama had kept his promises of red lines for Syria, NATO forces could have  (even withhout UN(SC) approval cause of RF veto) enforced a Syria wide no-fly zone, so RF could not have used its september 2015 migration weapon against Syrians, and saved so approx 500-700.000 syrian lives, and million of syrian refugees. EUrope besides that no-flyzone could have forced 2 forces to cease fire, with treat of only allowing one or none to deliver to EUrope, and instead of wargames combat on price deliveries only.
