If so WTF doesn't USA-NATO responds???  To prevent angering Russia or to prevent starting a war?? Let me remind you , economic, geopolitical, military Russia is a nobody and should be treated as one... and for your information , RF-russia started wars right after collapse SU, Moldova, Chechnya, Georgia and in 2014 Ukraine. In  september 2015 RF-russia used in Syria the migrationweapon will send 1.5 million Syrians to EUrope, of which Obama said was a red line but did nothing, so the red line was made up of blood of 500.000+ dead Syrians.  All cyberattacks by a country are war-acts and should be responded to by (two)tit for tats...or is it that USA just wants to make big money, pretending RF-russia is a big enemy, which he isn't: stop buying gas, oil from him, put NATO troops at borders of NATO countries & friends...  Why were NATO troops send to Iraq, not a North Atlantic country as lackey's of USA, but are not allowed to defend EUrope??
