De pro-Russische opstandelingen krijgen in Oost-Oekraïne de steun van circa 12.000 Russische militairen. Dat heeft de bevelhebber van de Amerikaanse troepen in Europa, generaal Ben Hodges, vandaag gezegd in Berlijn.

Volgens Hodges werken de Russen in Oost-Oekraïne onder meer als militair adviseur, maar maken ze ook deel uit van gevechtstroepen. Ook zouden er circa 29.000 Russen zijn gelegerd op de Krim, het schiereiland dat vorig jaar door Rusland is geannexeerd. Verder zijn er volgens Hodges nog 50.000 Russische militairen aan de Russische kant van de grens met Oekraïne gelegerd. Die zouden moeten bijspringen als de separatisten door het Oekraïense leger in het defensief worden gedrongen.

Yep about 12 seconds from the end. The shooter in my opinion was riding in the outside of the garbage truck. The car behind is the getaway car, which from this camera view matches the color description provided by his gf.
