Belarusian economy shrinks by 3,3% in 6 months.
The Belarusian economy continues to stagnate in June. In 6 months of 2015 the country's GDP totaled Br404.5 trillion, which is 3.3% less compared with the same period of 2014. The data is provided by the National Statistics Committee.
In January 2015 the GDP fell by 0.4%, in January-February by 0.6%, in January-March by 2.1%, in January-April by 2.6%, in January-May by 3%.
Last year Belarus' GDP grew by 1.6% despite the official macroeconomic forecast of 3.3%. GDP growth in 2015 is planned at the level of 0.2-0.7%.
