http://112.international/society/unicef-reports-lack-of-money-for-projects-on-humanitarian-aid-for-syrian-children-17949.html
Surprising as it may be, war in Syria and in Ukraine, like most all other wars and incidents, could have been prevented before the begin, so Unicef, and other (UN) aid agencies would have been without work.
That would also prevented migrant/luckseekers tsunami of nearly 6.2 million people ,starting September 2015, and was planned use of the migration weapon againstEUrope by Assad/RF and Turkey, which also resulted into 1000's of drownings of men, women and children in Mediterrian Sea.

The only thing that was needed to prevent ALL this, is to remove the vetorights in UNSC of USA, China, UK, France and Russian Federation.
Then also the Palestian problem would be solved.

These 5  even before UN was founded, were from early 1900's the warmongers of the world, who held emotional hypocritical speeches, knew how it could be solved, and did NOTHING.
These 5 members in UNSC are still the warmongers, and don't bring the world to PEACE, but to PIECES!

so #removevetorightsunsc  or SHUT UP
