There is a way to remove 🇷🇺 from UN, and it's based on a rather nice technicality. The majority of UN (and separately, majority on UNSC) need to vote to refuse to recognise the representative of 🇷🇺. Russia will be unable to veto such vote. This is also absolutely correct, since there is no mention of Russia in the
@UN
charter, and the person speaking on the video below is obviously not a representative of USSR (which actually is listed in the UN charter).

There is also a precedent - during the apartheid period, the representative of South Africa met exactly same sanction at the UN.
