USA won't leave NATO cause it's calling the shots in and has command NATO despite just paying 16%(11%) of strict NATO costs. If USA leaves NATO, it no longer has a say in it ,NATO can go on , with european command and has to turn Europe in a war economy, away from USA and make and use it's own arm's industry, depriving USA of it's money$ource it needs, and can WITH Ukraine bring russia down. And that's the last USA wants to happen.

〰️Thus, over the 3 years of war, the Russian leadership spent 2/3 of the fund's money ($76 billion), including 6.5 trillion rubles to cover the budget deficit, as well as to save state corporations from the consequences of sanctions.
