what most refuse to see is that up to now all muslim terrorist attacks are done by SUNNI 18th century Wahhabism (IS(IS) -Saudi & Gulfstates a.o and friends of USA a.o) muslim extremists, and most of them are supported by their group of family & friends. Besides terrorist state Syria Assad who adheres to Alawite a form of Shia islam, there are NO SHIA terrorist, although Saudi & Gulfstates now accuse Qatar of terrorism cause they are as Sunni state have ties with Shia Iran, the enemy of esp. Saudi's with their perverted version of islam, they formulated around 1790, more then 1000 years after the Prophet, In fact their version compared with earliest version is blasphemy to begin with.
(North-western)EU(rope) has a 2000 year judeo-christianity history, while Muslim/Islam in most countries has only a history of less then 60-100 years, yet in their superiority-doctrine Muslims claim equal or even more rights then the people who's families have a long(er) history with the country, and supported in that view by heavy ruthless subsidized dogmatic multiculturalistic NGO's. Thats part of the problem, and the solution.
I support the eastern europe point of view they have the right to block fundamentalist newcomers, migrants who treaten their way of life, culture and law and order.
In most (north-western-eastern) EUropean countries people with foreign (muslim) background , even from 2nd and 3rd generation with pasport of the country, represent the majority in prison and criminality statistics. At thats not cause they are subject to discrimination, but they refuse to accept the culture of the country they live in, are even born in, and have a pasport of. In some cases (Netherlands) they even demand that the 90% should accept the culture of their 10%, and see that as the solution to all the problems they make.
I put above more explicit and more in detail (6 A4) on my dutch blog and on my reddit russiawarinukraine, but to the problems mentioned the solution is twofold.
Implement besides separation of church also between religion and state.
Make supportgroups, families terrorist co-responsible for attacks which includes seizing assets, and seizing pasports and civil rights and deport them all. And put those measures in constitution, no courtcases needed!

with just 1000-1500 soldiers there, deprived of means of rotation or supplies, due of moldova/ukraine blocking landcorridor and airspace access, should be not hard to make them incapicitated. Btw Lithuania , Poland should blocked that too for Kalinnegrad.
