In Netherlands there?s also a discussion on electric cars, the government gave last year over 700 million grants to mostly expensive electric cars like Tesla?s, most of the owners want also speedcharging which network can?t handle. Seeing here public transport runs on government grants to, 80% for busses, 60% for trains, the choice is easy, why just give grants payed for by taxpayers to wealthy electric car drivers, just make public transport 100% based on grants payed for by taxpayers, trains here run 100% on windpower and save alot on several fields, there may be capacity problems but work-study related travel may get priority, busses may be changed into electric or hydrogen versions?all will benefit instead just the happy few?
