Why Russia Will Break Apart Into 5 New Countries

China's Polish Blockade and Trump's Belly Dancing
(This headline is great, it would almost be CNEWS in the text)

Since September 12, Poland has closed its border with Belarus in response to Russian Zapad-2025 military exercises in that country (we are not going to mention the participation of the Belarusian army - which is a huge joke - in these exercises... )
The 2021 edition of these landmark exercises, which take place in western Russia every four years, were the preamble to the 2022 invasion of Ukraine. By the way, the theme this year is taking the Suwalki corridor, located between Poland and Lithuania, in order to get rid of the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad. It's festive.
The Polish decision, taken before the attack of Russian drones on its territory, was comforted by the latter, and could therefore extend beyond the end of Zapad-2025.
But, China intervened directly with the Polish government to get the Polish government back on its position. 3 hours of rough negotiations and all the weight of the second world economy did not move an inch from Poland's position.
Like many, I was rather surprised by the rapid reaction of the Chinese. At first I thought it was a good way for the Beijing dictator to recycle his negotiators in charge of the US file, to the technically unemployed since Trump came to power. More seriously, I had interpreted this move as proof of China's willingness to further increase its influence by positioning itself as the new regulator of international crises, instead of the United States, Trump having created a boulevard in this area.
Didn't see the elephant in the room. And this is a post from Frank Obenaus that opened my eyes to this topic just yesterday.
250 km south of the Suwalki corridor, just opposite the Belarusian city of Brest, is the Polish village of Małaszewicze. This border village is the crossing point of the world's longest railway - The China Europe Railway Express - which connects China's major industrial cities to Europe via Russia.

Małaszewicze's numbers are staggering:

• 90% of rail freight between China and Europe
• 11 000 convoys per year
• 400,000 containers per year
• 25 billion euros in value
• More than 200 European cities served from Hamburg to Madrid, through Valenton, in the Parisian region.

This alternative to the maritime route, although a little more expensive, is up to twice as fast and much safer. With Houthi attacks in the Red Sea, the volume in transit increased by 30% between January 2023 and January 2024
Clearly Poland just cut off, probably momentarily but nothing is less certain, one of the major new silk roads so expensive in Beijing!
It is better understood that the event is moderately appreciated by the Chinese.
Of course Warsaw is walking on eggs with China and is right:

Because if rail transit accounts for only a little more than 3% of the total exchanges between China and Europe, it is constantly increasing. Indeed, the development of these new silk roads is one way for China to counter a possible US maritime blockade following a possible invasion of Taiwan (the other being to build the equivalent of our National Navy every five years, yet one of the most powerful ten in the world).
Even the official SNCF website is talking about it (and yes, "it's possible"):

All of this also provides a better understanding of Trump's deafening silence about the Polish initiative, he is so quick to drool about everything and nothing and to take far too often the defense of his unfortunate and misunderstood friend Putin, with whom he has a "relationship" great".
Because everything that can undispose China makes the orange agent moan with pleasure. This also gives another shed light to the bad-tasting belly dancing that Trump practices towards the Belarusian dictator Loukachenko.
