If UNSC permanent members lose their vetorights, they don't hold other 10 members hostage, UN can act in Ukraine, Syria, Palestine, Middle East and elsewhere and also as UN be stronger to ask more contribution fro rich olistates who pay a laughable bit of their income, and USA who withholds a part of its contribution to make UN do their way...EU now pays 40% of UN budget and peacekeeping, USA not ven their 22%, UN now has not yet recieved 3.5 billion what it should get...with that in mind UN can say NO pay, no SAY...  and still THEY say USA and Russia (and China,UK and France) should hold vetopowers in UNSC, cause only THEY can guarantee worldpeace...WTF, where's that peace.... permanent members of UNSC, WTF is it?
