EU hypocrisy or UNSC permanent members USA,Russia and China espec. and Muslim countries hypocrisy?

When I see this article or see CNN or other USA media and hear them say: it's EU(rope)'s responsibility to take in (Syrian) refugees from Middle East, I just have ONE question: WHY, did we start the wars in Middle East? Answer is simple: NO, we EU(rope) didn't start the wars in Middle East, so why should EU(rope) bear the burden of  refugees/immigrants with a total different culture, and which can be  millions in number ?

Turkeye , sees Syrian Assad as enemy, from the start didn't guard its borders with EU, on land and coastal regions, like it should under int. law, in the hope to gain from it towards EU(rope), and Merkel was succesfuly trapped like we hear in the news.Turkeye is solely responsible for all smuggling and drowings of refugees/illegal immigrants.

As I wrote in Dutch, EU can agree with demands Turkeye, only after Turkeye agrees to bring back the old Kurdistan.
Turkeye uses the Kurds to fight for them, and if they get to succesfull Turkeye shoots them in the back.

The immigrant/refugee flood or better said tsunami started when some months ago Russia started helping shiite Assad of Syria, a dictator who already killed 240.000+ of its own people.
What's in it for Russia, its port in Syria and preventing Qatar, other Gulfstates and Saudi-Arabia(which is broke in 5 years), the founding forces behind sunni IS(IS/Daesh, to lay a gaspipeline thru Syria, Turkeye to Europe, the biggest economic bloc in the world (wiki)
Shiite Iran is also helping shiite Assad, and is in fact a competitor for Russia, when it can throw its oil on the market.

And who else meshes up Middle East, offcourse USA did, not only general Wesley Clark wondered why Iraq was attacked after 9/11, cause there was no connection between Al-Qaida  and Iraq, only between USA and Al-Qaida(Afghanistan with Russian there) and Osama Bin Laden was a Saudi like the majority of the hijackers on 9/11.
And strange not ONE rich MUSLIM country is first to accept their fellow MUSLIMs! Not even in Mecca after Hadj?
USA said well Sadam Hussein was a dictator, well most in Middle-East are, and he most are friends of USA.

Could/Can Syrian War be prevented?
Yes, even 4 years ago, and even the Bosnian War could have been prevented.
REMOVE all vetorights for permanent members of UNSC, so only votes by majority counts.
Introduce a NO pay, no SAY principle in UN, now refugees don't get food/drink cause members owe UN 3.5 billion, the biggest? USA ofc.
And introduce a contribution based on GDP of countries, now EU pays 40% of UN budget and peackeeeping with it just 500 million people. Japan pays 2 times as much as China, and 4 times that of Russia, rich arab oil countries pay a LAUGHABLE 2% each.

When vetorights are removed, wars can fade away so also the consequence of wars: refugees!
UN can order noflyzones, blockades of areas for weapons and money, and get peace-getters and peacekeepers in, and build up country by country.

The permanent members of the UNSC, the UN "security" council are the real warmongers, they don't bring the world PEACE, but bring the world to PIECES.
The world belongs to all countries and people and
not just the 5 permanent members of UNSC, USA, Russia, China, United KIngdom and France or is it?
