Trumps rambling about European countries must do more and rising 2% to 5% is just a way to enlarge the money$ource . USA won't leave NATO cause it's calling the shots in and has command NATO despite just paying 16%(11%) of strict NATO costs. If USA leaves NATO, it no longer has a say in it ,NATO can go on , with european command and has to turn Europe in a war economy, away from USA and make and use it's own arm's industry, depriving USA of it's money$ource it needs, and can WITH Ukraine bring russia down. And that's the last USA wants to happen.
